Our People
Preserving the dignity and independence of our residents is our prime consideration and our staff are carefully selected, not only for their professional experience, but also their caring nature.
Under the control of the Nurse Manager, our highly trained registered nurses and care staff are here to care for our residents in an environment as near to their home as possible whilst at the same time providing a high level of nursing care over a 24 hour period.
Our fully qualified chefs provide nutritious meals whilst our Handymen ensure the buildings are well maintained and the gardens immaculately kept.
Here at Creggan Bahn we have a relatively low turnover of staff and many have been with us since we opened in 1997. This was reinforced when in 2008 we received the 'Best Work Place' award at the West Sound Radio Community Awards.
